We produce standard two-piece (lid-and-base), telescopic, drawer/slide, and self-locking boxes, plus corrugated mailers for e-commerce. Board weight and flute are matched to the shoe's weight and your shipping mode so boxes hold shape and protect the product. Finishes include matte/gloss lamination, soft-touch, spot UV, foil stamping, and emboss for a premium unboxing.
Inside the box, branded tissue, paper stuffing, toe forms, and silica/anti-mold packs keep shoes shaped and dry through the long sea voyage and warehouse storage. Dust bags, drawstring pouches, and printed inserts (care cards, brand story, lacing instructions) add perceived value and reinforce your brand at the moment of opening.
We print and apply the labeling your channel requires: UPC/EAN retail barcodes, size and material content labels, country-of-origin marking, care symbols, and market-specific compliance marks. Get the data to us (SKU list, barcode numbers, label specs) and we'll position and verify them so stock scans and passes inbound checks at retail DCs.
We plan inner-box-to-master-carton ratios, carton dimensions, and weights to optimize container fill and minimize damage and freight cost — and mark cartons to your shipping-mark spec. Recycled and FSC-certified board, soy-based inks, and reduced-plastic options support sustainability claims and tightening packaging regulations in EU and other markets.
