Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs / style / color. For new programs we can discuss tiered quantities across colorways and sizes, and we will always confirm a sample before you commit to bulk.

Yes. As a full-category manufacturer we consolidate athletic, casual, safety, leather, seasonal and kids' footwear under one supplier, so importers and retailers can run mixed programs on a single PO and shipment.

Send us your product category, target quantity, target FOB price and any tech pack or reference pair through our request-a-quote form. You will receive indicative pricing and lead times, usually within one business day.

Both. With OEM we build to your tech pack, lasts and specifications. With ODM you start from our development library and open molds and customize the upper, sole, materials, colorway and branding.

Sample development typically runs 7–12 days, depending on construction, tooling and material availability. We document lasts, BOM and specs so repeat orders stay consistent.

A tech pack is ideal, but we can also work from a sketch, a reference pair or a clear description plus target price and quantity. Our in-house development team fills the gaps and confirms details with you.

Sample and mold/tooling costs depend on the construction and how much new development is required. We quote these transparently with your RFQ; tooling for open molds is often minimal, while fully bespoke lasts and soles carry a one-time cost.

Yes. Private-label branding, custom logos, bespoke lasts, colorways and retail packaging are all part of our customization services — see the customization hub for what is possible.

Bulk production is 30–45 days after sample approval. Lead times depend on order size, construction and material lead times, all of which we confirm with your quotation.

Our quality program is built around ISO 9001, BSCI audited, SGS / ITS testing, REACH compliant. We provide test reports and inspection records on request and welcome client and third-party audits.

We run inline inspections during cutting, stitching and assembly, plus AQL final inspection before shipment. Safety and performance footwear can be tested to EN ISO and ASTM standards through SGS or ITS.

Yes. We are REACH compliant and can support testing and documentation for safety footwear (EN ISO 20345, ASTM) and children's footwear so your products clear customs and retail compliance.

Our standard terms are 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (T/T, L/C). For established customers we can discuss alternative arrangements after the first few orders.

We ship FOB Ningbo / Shanghai, EXW, CIF, or DDP, so you can choose the Incoterm that fits your freight setup — from factory pickup to delivered-duty-paid.

Yes. We work with freight forwarders for sea and air, can consolidate mixed-category orders into full containers, and provide the export documentation importers need.

We export to brands, importers and distributors across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia-Pacific from the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai.

Uppers, soles, lasts, colorways, materials, stitching, hardware, logos, sockliners, laces and retail packaging. You can build a fully bespoke product or restyle an existing development to your brand.

Yes. We source and develop materials to spec — from EVA and Phylon midsoles and rubber outsoles to leather, knit and mesh uppers — and match colorways to your Pantone references during sampling.
