What is the MOQ for custom running shoes?+

Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs / style / color. Athletic programs that share a common last and tooling across several colorways can split that quantity by color, which is how most new brands launch their first range.

Can you match a target weight for a road-running model?+

Yes. Weight is driven mainly by the midsole foam and upper construction. We can hit roughly 230 g (single shoe, US9) using phylon and a knit upper, and we confirm the final weight on the confirmation sample before bulk.

Do you make your own lasts or do I supply them?+

Both. We can grade from your existing last, reverse-engineer fit from a reference pair, or develop a new last in-house. New last development is part of our sample program and is quoted up front.

What outsole rubber do you use for durability?+

We use high-abrasion (HA) rubber compounds for outsole contact zones and can blend in carbon rubber pods in the heel and forefoot. We run abrasion (DIN/Akron) and flex-fatigue tests so the tread holds up over the product's life.

Can you replicate a reference shoe I send you?+

We can develop a same-category, original silhouette inspired by your reference fit, cushioning, and price point. We do not copy trademarked designs, logos, or patented technologies — instead we engineer an equivalent build that is yours to own.
