SoleForge produces shoes to your brand — your woven label, your sock-liner print, your box — using either our developed ODM styles (fastest to market) or your own OEM designs and tech packs. We manage development, sampling, compliance, and bulk so you sell a finished, branded product under your name.

ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means you start from our developed, market-ready styles and apply your branding — the fastest, lowest-risk way to launch. OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you bring your own designs, lasts, and specifications and we manufacture exactly to them. Many buyers blend both: ODM for core sellers and OEM for signature styles. We'll advise based on your timeline, budget, and how distinct you need the product to be.
1) Send us your category, target price, volumes, and any references or tech packs. 2) We quote and propose styles or a development plan. 3) We produce samples (7–12 days) for your fit, look, and wear approval. 4) You confirm the master sample, branding, packaging, and compliance scope. 5) We run bulk (30–45 days after sample approval), inspect, and ship on your chosen Incoterm. You stay informed at each gate with photos and reports.
To brand the product we need your logo in vector format (AI/EPS/PDF), brand colors (Pantone), and label/box artwork — or a brief for our team to design. For OEM styles, a tech pack, reference pair, or 3D files speed development. The more reference you give at the start (target last, fit notes, materials), the fewer sample rounds and the faster you reach bulk.
Factory-level certifications (ISO 9001, BSCI) and product testing (SGS/ITS, REACH) are arranged to your market's requirements so your imports clear customs and retail audits. Standard terms are 30% deposit / 70% before shipment via T/T or L/C, on FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, EXW, CIF, or DDP. Once a style is approved, repeat orders reuse the master sample and tooling for fast, consistent restocks.

Our standard MOQ is 500 pairs per style and color, which lets new brands test a line before scaling. Tooling-heavy custom styles may carry a separate mold cost that's amortized across the order.
ODM starts from our existing developed styles, which you re-brand — fastest and lowest cost. OEM manufactures your own designs and tech packs exactly. You can mix both across one collection, and we'll recommend the right balance for your timeline and budget.
Samples typically take 7–12 days, and bulk production runs 30–45 days after you approve the sample. Branding, compliance scope, and shipping method are confirmed before bulk so there are no surprises.
