Safety Shoe & Industrial Work Boot Manufacturing

We manufacture protective footwear for workwear distributors, PPE brands, and industrial buyers: low-cut safety shoes, mid-cut hikers, and 6-inch work boots with steel or composite toe caps, anti-puncture midsoles, and slip- and oil-resistant outsoles. Programs are engineered to the certification you need — EN ISO 20345 (S1/S1P/S3) or ASTM F2413 — and validated with third-party lab testing before shipment.

FAQ

Safety & Work Shoes — common questions

Which safety standards can you certify to?+

We build to EN ISO 20345 (commonly S1, S1P, and S3 ratings) for the European market and ASTM F2413 (I/75 C/75) for North America. We arrange third-party testing with SGS or ITS and provide the test reports and declaration of conformity.

Steel toe or composite toe — which should I choose?+

Both pass the 200-joule impact requirement. Steel is lower cost; composite (fiberglass/TPU) is lighter, non-conductive, and metal-detector friendly — preferred for airports, electrical work, and all-day comfort. We can quote both and you can split the range.

Can you make slip-resistant and oil-resistant outsoles?+

Yes. We design tread patterns and rubber/PU compounds that pass the SRC slip test on ceramic and steel, and we offer fuel-, oil-, and acid-resistant outsoles plus HRO heat resistance up to 300°C for hot-surface environments.

What is the MOQ and lead time for safety footwear?+

MOQ is 500 pairs / style / color. Because certification and tooling are involved, allow 7–12 days for confirmation samples and 30–45 days after sample approval, plus lab testing time for first certification.

Can you private-label and customize the styling?+

Yes. We add your logo, brand colors, custom outsole tooling, hangtags, and boxing, and can develop original safety silhouettes to your spec while keeping the certified protective components.
