Workwear Distributors

Safety & Work Footwear for Distributors

Distributors selling into industrial, construction, logistics, and PPE channels can't afford footwear that fails an audit or a wearer. SoleForge manufactures certified safety and occupational footwear — steel and composite toes, slip-resistant outsoles, ESD and metatarsal options — built to recognized standards and documented for the buyers who demand proof. We help workwear and PPE distributors own a private-label safety range that competes on price without compromising on protection.

The challenge

What gets in the way

The sourcing problems we hear most from buyers in this segment — and that our process is built to remove.

  • Safety claims that can't be backed with current, credible test certificates.
  • Comfort complaints from the field that drive returns and lose end-user accounts.
  • Brand-name safety footwear that's too expensive to private-label profitably.
  • Suppliers who don't understand standards like EN ISO 20345 or ASTM F2413.

How we help

A manufacturing partner that fits your model

Certified to recognized standards

We build to EN ISO 20345 (S1–S3) and ASTM F2413 requirements — toe-cap impact and compression, slip resistance (SRC), puncture-resistant midsoles, ESD, and HRO heat-resistant outsoles — with test reports to match the claims on your catalog.

All-day comfort that cuts returns

Ergonomic lasts, cushioned EVA or PU footbeds, and breathable linings keep wearers comfortable across a 10-hour shift, reducing the comfort complaints that kill repeat business.

Private-label economics that work

Direct factory pricing lets you build a margin-healthy own-brand safety range at a price that undercuts the big PPE names — without cutting the protection that matters.

A team that speaks safety

Our technical staff work in the language of safety standards and protection classes, so specifications are right the first time and your compliance desk has what it needs.

FAQ

Common questions

Which safety standards do your work shoes meet?+

We manufacture to EN ISO 20345 (safety classes S1, S1P, S2, S3) and ASTM F2413, covering toe-cap impact/compression, slip resistance (SRC), puncture-resistant midsoles, ESD, and heat-resistant outsoles. Specific protection features are confirmed per style during development.

Steel toe or composite toe — can you do both?+

Yes. We offer 200-joule steel toe caps and lightweight non-metallic composite toes, plus Kevlar or composite puncture-resistant midsoles for metal-free, airport-friendly safety footwear.

Can you provide test reports for tenders and audits?+

Yes. We arrange SGS, ITS, or Bureau Veritas testing for the relevant standard so you have current certificates to support tenders, PPE compliance, and distributor audits.

What's the minimum order for private-label safety shoes?+

Standard MOQ is 500 pairs per style and color. Because safety styles share certified components, distributors can build a modest range across several models without an unreasonable total commitment.
