We help you choose the right hide for the price and positioning: full-grain for premium dress and heritage boots, nubuck and suede for casual and outdoor, corrected/top-grain for value tiers, and microfiber or PU for vegan and high-volume lines. Hides are graded and clicked so visible panels avoid scars and loose grain, while hidden areas use lower zones — protecting both your margin and your finish quality.
We offer chrome-tanned leather for softness and color depth and chrome-free / vegetable-blended tanning for REACH-sensitive and eco-positioned programs. Restricted-substance testing (chromium VI, azo dyes, formaldehyde) is available through SGS/ITS, and tannery documentation can be provided for buyers running supply-chain due diligence.
Uppers are engineered for your sole-attach method: Goodyear-welt-ready and Blake-stitch builds for resoleable dress and boots, cemented lasting for casual and sneakers. We add structured toe puffs and heel counters, breathable linings (pigskin, mesh, or moisture-wicking), and reinforcement at stress points so the shoe holds its shape through wear.
Finishing is where leather earns its premium. We offer hand-burnished toes and heels, antique/patina effects, painted and waxed edges, brogue perforation, embossing, and contrast stitching. Hardware — eyelets, D-rings, buckles, zips — is plated and color-matched. Each finish is locked with a master sample so bulk matches the approved look.
